ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is hiring a Field Service Supervisor for our Cleveland territory, (Bedford Heights DC).

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a staff of technicians
- Coach and develop direct reports
- Provide superior mechanical equipment service to Cold Drink outlets within an assigned geography, assuring the highest level of soft drink quality possible
- Determine work schedules, identify and initiate training programs, monitor employee performance, and ensure process and procedures are being followed
- Call completion
- Budget and fiscal responsibility including ongoing operating expense, equipment, fleet and significant part inventories
- Complies with company standards for inventory management of technician vans for parts
- Spend approximately 80% of the time in the field
- Understand and act accordingly to all Company policies and the CBA.
- Act as an inter-departmental facilitator for any issues that may arise.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; two to five years’ customer service management experience and/or training; one-year experience in employee management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior supervisory experience
- HVAC knowledge preferred
- Excellent customer service skills; good communication and computer skills; strong mathematical and problem-solving skills needed
- Must have general knowledge of the franchise area
- Must be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s license with MVR within Company guidelines and a car available for use.
