Job Description
Scheduled hours: 8am-5pm to start-likely to change to 9am-6pm
Perform general maintenance of the facility and building equipment. Must have a general understanding of tasks associated with a corporate facility. Respond promptly and efficiently to requests in a fast paced high demand environment while maintaining the highest level of customer service and professionalism. Responsible for building maintenance including but not limited to: painting, wall/floor repair, plumbing (clogs, leaks, fixture repair/replacement). Electrical repairs and inspections (Lamps / Ballasts / UPS inspections / Switchgear inspections) Door hardware and keying. Grounds maintenance (Disposal of pallets, trash on properties). Provide furniture support for employee relocations (Special requests). Assist in maintaining facility operating systems ie. HVAC, boilers, pumps, by checking/recording gauge/valve readings, adjusting temperature settings to maintain employee comfort – 3-5 years of experience preferred.
