Job Title:                    Facilities Manager

Contract:                    Permanent, full time (35 hours per week)

Salary/Benefits:        £38,886-£40,891 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a comprehensive employee benefits package

Location:                    Covent Garden, London WC2H 9UB

Would you like to take responsibility for delivering an excellent FM service to our post-graduate Film School?  Are you professional, proactive and can you deliver a high standard of customer service to a diverse array of stakeholders including staff, students and visitors?  The successful candidate for this role will ensure that our School infrastructure is fit for purpose, that health and safety matters are attended to promptly and that value is achieved, both in deploying in-house resources and with the use of outsourced contracts where applicable.

You will also have the opportunity to play a key role in preparing the School for a future relocation, devising and developing the facilities service in our new accommodation.

The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with teams across the organisation, including the Head of IT, Head of Projection and AV, craft department heads, and Course Leaders for our MA, short course and outreach programmes.

If you have extensive experience in facilities management, keep abreast of current and future thinking within FM in the arts and/or education sector, together with excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.  Experience leading a major relocation project would be an advantage.
