Full-Time Experience Design Specialist I

Job Description

As an Experience Design Specialist I, you are helping create a better customer experience by working on finding ways to decrease the quantity and effect of problems within the enterprise to reduce outages and customer impact. Your role is focused on current events to reduce impact and time to repair and on trend analysis to identify problem areas within the enterprise to initiate and drive long-term preventative change.

What this position does to contribute to the Company’s success: 

  • Performs trend analysis of past and present performance metrics in order to identify areas where improvement is needed.
  • Identifies and advocates for best practices with various department dashboards, storytelling with data, and data model development; facilitates learning sessions with teammates and peers across all brands as needed.
  • Builds, maintains, and communicates detailed reporting models, scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and related tools to assist corporate leadership in evaluating current products and/or business lines, assessing potential ventures, and identifying current operational areas of opportunity.
  • Generates and provides reports regularly to multiple departments
  • Prepares and presents presentations to Team and Company leadership on project results using dashboards, PowerPoint,
  • Power BI, and other visualization tools.
  • Tracks performance of implemented process improvements to ensure success.
  • Evaluates, defines and implements end user processes in respect to the Experience Assurance Team.
  • Creates best practices for documenting procedures for the Experience Assurance Team.
  • Participates in the deployment and integration of new applications to support the Experience Assurance Team.
  • Troubleshoots and fixes production issues and implements enhancements in existing data pipelines and reports.
  • Other duties and/or responsibilities not specifically set forth assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or six to nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to use MS Excel to create pivot tables preferred.
  • Familiarity with IEX web station preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and on team
