WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Leadership and Strategic Direction: develop and execute strategic goals, providing positive guidance to staff, volunteers, and board members.
* Operations and Program Management: oversee daily operations and delivery of programs and services; assess results and monitor efficiency.
* Fundraising, Grants, Sponsorship and Financial Management: Strategize, maintain donor relations with individuals and corporations, secure grants and funding opportunities, manage budgets, and create financial reports.
* Community Engagement and Outreach: Serve as primary spokesperson, foster positive relationships with media and community groups, and increase participation and awareness of programming and events.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as non-profit management, social sciences, public administration
* 5+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience, preferably in a non-profit organization or advocacy position
* In-depth knowledge of intersectional 2SLGBTQ+ issues, and the community’s diverse needs and challenges
* Proven track record in strategic planning, organizational development, program management, fundraising, grant writing, and donor stewardship
* Strong financial acumen; experience in budgeting and financial reporting
* Excellent communication, public speaking, and media relations
* Experience working with an operational board of directors
