Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an administrative professional to serve as Assistant to the Executive Director and Clerk to Board of Directors. The Executive Assistant provides advanced level administrative and secretarial duties, developing and maintaining correspondence, attending board and committee meetings, recording proceedings, maintaining minutes, serving as custodian of critical documents, certifying resolutions, agreements and other official documents. Support includes maintaining calendars, organizing meetings and events, coordinating purchasing requests and travel; completes complex analysis and recommends solutions, and coordinates projects.
Hiring Range and Status
- $62,720 to $76,832 per year DOQ
- 40 hrs/wk
- Monday – Friday

Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain commission as a Notary Public is preferred
