Full-Time Executive Assistant
Job Description
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an administrative professional to serve as Assistant to the Executive Director and support to Board of Directors. The Assistant provides advanced level administrative and project support, including maintaining calendars and organizing meetings and events; coordinating purchasing and travel; development and maintenance of correspondence, minutes, and other products and records; performing research; assuring compliance; development of creative presentations and other materials; serving as a key liaison; assuming responsibility for special projects; training others; etc.
Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or combination of specialized executive assistant training and at least two years of experience, and excellent skills, in related position (project coordinator, office manager, senior administrative assistant).
Hiring Range and Status
- $61,052 to $68,166 per year DOQ
- 40 hrs/wk
