What We’re Looking For:

Enterprise Curation Consultants are integral members of edX’s Enterprise Sales team, working to cultivate our global customer base and reach as many learners as possible. This multifaceted, cross-functional role demands an action-oriented thinker with a proven capacity to identify patterns from ambiguity, a stubborn refusal to settle, an innovative perspective, and a “customer is always right” mentality. You will be viewed as “the expert” to edX’s customers and team members, and you will have the opportunity to build meaningful business relationships, apply both sides of your brain, and make a truly significant impact on the lives of many, many people.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Existing Business
Work closely with Customer Success teams to support ongoing customer utilization and course selection and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of learning offer and translating outcomes into ROI
Provide consulting services, how-to guides, technical tips, and best practices to existing edX Enterprise customers and internal sales teams
Work closely with Marketing to deliver new course updates and highlights to existing customers
New Business
Support the edX Enterprise sales process through meeting with customers to determine customer needs and map their learning needs.
Serve as the Enterprise organization’s course and content expert
Create custom and general curated catalogs based on customer needs, learning trends, and course availability and join customer calls to present those curations
Translate customer expectations into learning goals and create a framework to assess which edX courses will best help them achieve those goals.
Interpret and communicate customer requirements to edX’s Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and content teams.
Business/Product Development
Share competitive intelligence, with real-world examples and provide detailed customer requirements and clear statements of work describing customer needs/challenges to the edX Content Delivery team.
Work closely with the product team to enhance curation self-service tools for internal and external use.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate learning and design, instructional design, or similar fields
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Experience with Instructional Design methodologies
Applies project management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects to achieve business objectives

Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:

Experience dealing with academic, corporate, and government learning and development markets
Educational technology domain experience, knowledge of instructional design and key principles of teaching, pedagogy, and assessment
Previous experience with adult learners
Business-level written and spoken Spanish
We are looking to hire someone who is available to come into our Headquarters in Lanham, MD two days a week for a hybrid work schedule.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($85,000 – $90,000), with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
