The Opportunity

  • The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new client sales growth leveraging a rapidly growing Employee Relations space delivered in a SaaS model.
  • Our perfect fit will be someone who is self-driven, excited by the start-up culture and willing to support building the process as we go.
  • Must be comfortable running the end-to-end Sales process with multiple groups inside the country’s top companies.
  • Identify new opportunities with a particular focus on our Enterprise clients
  • Consultative approach to understand client needs and properly position HR Acuity’s product suite appropriately
  • Manage the RFP process when needed
  • Quarterback all new sales activities, which means properly managing follow-ups and resources needed across the company
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline, deliver timely and accurate forecasts
  • Manage a Sales Cycle that requires cross-functional support from IT, Legal, Product, etc…

Qualifications

  • Min 7 years of experience selling analytical-driven SaaS solutions to enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed expectations in terms of revenue generation
  • Exceptional ability to quickly build a prospect pipeline and create/ expand existing networks
  • Evidence of sustained quota/goal achievement
  • Command of goal-oriented, customer-centric/solution selling principles and methods.
  • Proven track-record in software sales
  • Exposure in the start-up space
  • Experienced in new to market products
  • Experience selling to HR is a plus

Compensation

  • Compensation package includes a very competitive salary + high incentive commission structure.

Location

  • HR Acuity is based in Florham Park, NJ.
  • This position is remote.
