Job Description
Would you like to work within one of the fastest growing sports in the UK? British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy, and achieve in triathlon.
The Triathlon England Talent Programme is looking to appoint a team of 3 coaches to lead and facilitate the development and support of athletes selected onto the England Programme. In so doing, successful candidates will work with and through, all those who influence a young athlete’s development to ensure the necessary numbers of athletes are transitioning out of the England Programme with the required age and stage appropriate abilities and capacities to progress up the Performance Pathway.
The ideal candidate will be able to relate to, engage and influence a broad range of individuals, including athletes, parents, performance coaches and support staff. They will also be able to clearly identify athlete needs and drive their development and learning through creating positive, challenging, and supportive environments. It is vital that the candidate can treat people with respect, value equality and diversity and do the right thing.

The role will be based in either the North, Midlands or South which will be discussed in more detail at interview; however, the nature of the role may require occasional evening and weekend working and travel.
Salary £25,000 + £3,500 car allowance
