Full-Time End-User Computing Administrator

Under the leadership of the Manager of End-User Computing, this position will administer and support EUC environments. This position will also work with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance EUC solutions to ensure alignment with business needs. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Citrix, PatchMyPC, and PowerShell. This exempt position is eligible for a fully remote work schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages and supports a modern enterprise end-user computing environment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Citrix, PatchMyPC, and other related tools.
  • Develops and maintains standard operating system images for deployment across the organization.
  • Collaborates with various departmental and practice teams to define and improve the Firm’s EUC platform.
  • Utilizes project management methodologies to plan and execute operational and strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Provides Tier 2 support for escalated incidents and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Leverages PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Develops and maintains scripts for software deployment, system configuration, and reporting.

 

Experience and Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent relevant professional experience with subject matter expertise in core technologies required.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, and Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V) certifications required within 2 years of hiring.
  • At least two years of experience with Microsoft EUC technologies including, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management (MECM), Intune, and Windows Update for Business preferred.
  • At least two years of experience supporting a Windows enterprise desktop environment preferred.
  • At least one year of experience with Citrix VDI as an administrator preferred.
  • At least two years of experience with Active Directory and GPO administration preferred.
  • At least one year of experience with Azure Active Directory as an administrator preferred.
  • At least two years of experience with enterprise application support and use of enterprise monitoring and management tools preferred.
  • Experienced with ITSM/ITIL service management methodology preferred.
