Job Role: Employee and Volunteer Recruitment Specialist
Salary: £22,950
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Bath
The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a someone to join our small HR Team based at our head office in Bath, on a permanent basis. This will be a varied role where you will oversee recruitment of both staff and volunteers across different services in Julian House. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the Recruitment sector, as well as working for an organisation that helps the vulnerable. You will receive on the job training from a supportive team and gain valuable experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all internal and external volunteer and staff recruitment enquiries
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for all candidates from application stage to offer, driving the interview process and on-boarding
- Screening CV’s and conducting telephone interviews where applicable
- Relaying role information and criteria to volunteers and applicants
- Maintain effective advertising and awareness of opportunities
- Assisting the HR Team to deliver a proactive and responsive end to end recruitment of volunteers and employees.
- Assisting with booking interviews, updating vacancies and drafting adverts for internal and external use for all roles
Qualifications / Requirements:
- The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in an administrative role
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines whilst also maintaining a high attention to detail
