Position Summary
This is a fulltime teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma. Qualified candidates must reside in eastern Oklahoma and be willing to travel in the eastern regions.
Incumbent must have Mental Health Clinical Licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LBP) in good standing in the state of OK. This position will support the improving coordination, support, engagement, and management for Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma members who engage with the behavioral health Crisis Services delivery system.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in eastern Oklahoma.
- Oklahoma-licensed mental health professional- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LFP), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with current unencumbered license
- 8+ years of experience working in behavioral health field
- 5+ years of experience working in providing, managing, or supervising individuals receiving behavioral health Crisis Emergency services
- 2+ years of experience with personal computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 25% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated deep understanding, expertise, and work experience within the Oklahoma behavioral health Crisis services delivery system.
- Experience supervising or managing Crisis services. Experience in managed care related to behavioral health.
- Demonstrated experience working and collaborating public and private crisis services providers and building partnerships between crisis service system entities in the state of Oklahoma
Education
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, or closely related field required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$76,050.00 – $163,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
