This position is eligible for remote work. This role will have occasional on site expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Monitor email deliverability, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
· Serve as expert, identify issues, and troubleshoot Overstock.com’s email service provider.
· Understand and identify key components and variables within an Overstock.com email
· Editing and QA emails being coordinated and produced by other team members.
· Test and ensure quality of email campaigns with other team members prior to campaign launch.
· Act as final customer-facing check for all emails being delivered by Overstock.com.
· Schedule and ensure successful delivery of all email campaigns.
· Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
· Follow legal policies as directed.
Job Requirements:
· English copy-editing skills and extreme attention to detail
· Experience with e-commerce, marketing and/or editing marketing collateral
· Competent in Microsoft Excel and Email and Push engagement tools
· Ability to multitask in highly stressful situations
· Time management and communication skills
· Familiarity with HTML a plus
· Familiarity with Braze a strong plus, but not required
· Availability to work beyond normal business hours (including nights and weekends), as needed

Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Systems or related field
Hourly Pay Range
$23.08 – $28.85 per hour

Physical Requirements:
This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
