EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Operations Specialist to join our growing Product team in New York. In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our entire lifecycle channels and growth programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage multi-part marketing campaigns with email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages, to engage existing customers across their lifecycle 
  • Work with internal teams to triage requests, gather requirements, and then drive the development process, including set-up & build, QA, deployment, and measurement
  • Support our testing agenda by setting up advanced multivariate experiments
  • Apply automation strategies and techniques to our campaigns to help scale their impact
  • Monitor the deliverability and results of our campaigns, and partner with the broader team to optimize performance and improve overall efficacy
  • Be the expert of our CRM tech stack and liaise with external vendors
  • Troubleshoot issues with our platform as they arise
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and uphold data governance standards to ensure everything is compliant

ABOUT YOU:

  • Adaptable self-starter who can execute with limited supervision 
  • Organized and with exceptional attention to detail
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of marketing automation experience and proven track record of managing multiple large-scale campaigns
  • HTML proficiency specifically within email templates
  • Expertise in ESP, preferably Braze
