In your role as a Email Marketing Exec, you will be accountable for creating and managing emails across all brands as well as directly supporting business retention objectives and promote a great customer experience. Emails will be sent to customers and candidates, covering a variety of themes. You will work with a variety of stakeholders from across the campaigns and retention teams to provide guidance on ‘email best practice
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Communicating relevant results on email activity to appropriate stakeholders across the marketing team and brands
- Support creating email templates and formatting of emails
- Engaging with brand stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients and prospects
- Support the delivery of automated comunication programmes to achieve retention objectives.
- Recognising and proposing optimisations to the user journey from email to the website, ensuring that it is efficient and effective from experience and conversion standpoint
- Monitoring email campaign performance using analytic tools (Google Analytics / Dotmailer)

To excel in this role, you ideally should have:

- Proven experience within the field of marketing.
