Full-Time EIG Operations Project Analyst
Job Description
EIG Operations Project Analyst supports all aspects of Operations at the direction of the Vice President of Operations. Responsible for organizing and maintaining files and records pertaining to daily operations, acquisitions, and the agency’s management systems. Acts as bank liaison for vendor management and provide audit support. Administer and manage operational related tools cross divisionally that support growth and profitability goals and ensure project success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
EIG Vendor and Risk Management Administration
- Become proficient in Archer, our vendor and risk management system
- Assist divisional leaders with tasks required to document and execute new initiatives
- Act as Bank liaison for Archer requests
- Responsibility for certain EIG vendors as relationship owner/reviewer
Acquisitions Support
- Create and maintain project plans and tracking reports
- Coordinate with PMAT to ensure team deliverables are met
- Organize and maintain meeting minutes and files
DE&I Ambassador
- Work with facilities and bank colleagues to replace existing EIG vendors with diverse suppliers
- Network with ERG’s to create diverse bench strength
Administer Operational Related Tools
- Administration and management of licensing approvals
- Support training department in development of FAQs, guide cards and other operational support resources
Support Audit and Quality Control Tasks
- Assist in biannual audit of process and procedures by division
- Review and assist in development of SOPs
Education and Experience
- A High School Diploma is a minimum requirement
- Experience with Archer or similar risk management software preferred
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Insurance background is a plus
- Must have strong customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Strong critical and analytical skills
- Ability to make decisions within proper lines of authority
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Teams, OneDrive, Excel, and Word is required
- Ability to learn quickly and take calculated risks
- Some projects may require off hour participation. Flexibility in work schedule should be afforded from both the candidate and management
