Job Description

EHCP Administrator for SEND 

£21,483 – £22,934 per annum, pro rata 

24 hours per week 

The working pattern is TBC 

52 weeks per annum,  

Abingdon/Witney Campus 

Fixed term 

Start date TBC 

This is fixed term until approximately 1st October 2023 

 

 

 We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, responsible person with excellent organisation, IT skills and an eye for detail to join us as EHCP Administrator.  

 You will be responsible for the centralisation and coordination of statutory documentation for young people with Education, Health and Care Plans.  

 Your role will involve liaising cross college and with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with the SEND Code of practice and statutory deadlines. 

 In liaison with Head of Faculty, SENCo’s and the SEND support team, you will produce and accurately maintain EHCP data.  

 You will work to a high standard, often independently, and be able to efficiently prioritise work. You will require flexibility, have excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office Word and Excel), the ability to handle confidential information and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
