EHCP Administrator 

£21,483 – £22,934 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

52 weeks per annum 

Abingdon Campus 

Permanent 

Start date: 1st September 2023 

 

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, responsible person with excellent organisation, IT skills and an eye for detail to join us as EHCP Administrator. You will be responsible for the coordination of statutory documentation for young people with Education, Health and Care Plans. Your role will involve liaising cross college and with external professionals to ensure compliance with the SEND Code of practice and to meet statutory deadlines. 

 

Working as part of the SEND support team, you will produce and accurately maintain EHCP data. You will work to a high standard, often independently, and be able to efficiently prioritise work. 

You will require flexibility, have excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office Word and Excel), the ability to handle confidential information, and to provide a high level of customer service at all times.
