EHCP Administrator

£20,248 – £21,116per annum

24 hours per week until 1st of October 2023, from 2nd of October the hours will change to 11 hours per week

The working pattern could be flexible, but would ideally be Monday to Thursday 5 hours per day, Friday 4 hours per day

52 weeks per annum

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, responsible person with excellent organisation, IT skills and an eye for detail to join us as SEND/EHCP Administrator. You will be responsible for liaising cross college and with external professionals to ensure compliance with the SEN Code of practice and to meet statutory deadlines.

Working as part of the SEND support team, you will produce and accurately maintain EHCP data. You will work to a high standard, often independently, and be able to efficiently prioritise work.

You will require flexibility, excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office and familiarity with wider IT applications), the ability to handle confidential information, and to provide a high level of customer service at all times.
