Full-Time eCommerce Operations Specialist
Job Description

The IIRP Graduate School is seeking a skilled eCommerce Operations Specialist to package and ship thousands of books and materials each month throughout the United States to support onsite learning in schools and other organizations, as well as satisfy individual book orders.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate and supportive customer service.
- Accurately packages, labels and weighs items to be shipped and ensures proper shipment method and shipping charges are assigned.
- Notifies supervisor of changes in product inventory in order to maintain accurate information on the company website.
- Prepares detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments and ensures all items are packaged and shipped to company standards.
- Answers phones and directs inquiries.
- Performs data entry for various filing, portal, and database systems.
- Invoices and processes payments for products, registrations, and other commodities.
- Orders/ships/receives/distributes company supplies and materials.
- Assists with special programs, such as conferences, trainings, and events as needed.
- Assembles and mails marketing and event materials.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the administration.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
