Intentionally Blank is an LGBTQ owned indie footwear brand based in Los Angeles. Established in 2014, we are a multichannel brand with an emphasis on DTC. Our small team wears a lot of hats and works closely to collaboratively grow our brand. We are currently seeking an eCommerce Manager with broad eCommerce experience who can oversee the website merchandising, eCommerce operations, and roadmap. Our ideal candidate thrives when working with a tight knit team, enjoys a supportive and collaborative work environment and is eager to grow with us.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Execute growth minded eCommerce strategy developed in conjunction with the Creative Director and COO.
- Own online product set up, merchandising, optimization of category collections, content, landing pages and navigation.
- Build, own and manage website roadmap, lead execution of site features and minor enhancements. Evaluate site experience across mobile and desktop then recommend upgrades to further improve the customer experience.
- Own relationships with outside vendors including development teams.
- Implement and optimize effective customer journeys to ensure all touchpoints are maximized.
- Optimize product and category data to establish and support continuous improvement of the site, including SEO/SEM performance.
- Develop analysis of reporting and KPIs by regularly monitoring and analyzing data then making data driven recommendations for site improvement.
- Research and implement best practices, new technology trends and tools to achieve revenue goals and drive growth.
- Collaborate and strategize with the internal team to plan and execute sales, promotions, special offers, and new product launches based on calendar and marketing strategy.
What you offer:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the fashion or beauty industry
- Business, Marketing, Communications Degree or similar
- Knowledge of Shopify, ERP, Google Analytics and other website software
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with an ability to translate insights into action
- Strong project management skills with a keen sense of time management, appropriate sense of urgency, and a high level of organization.
- Problem solver with an innovative spirit.
- Able to work independently, or cross functionally within a team.
