Temporary Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is partnering with our client, a renowned social media platform to find their next Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager! Although this position is fully remote while offices are closed due to COVID-19, candidates should be located within a commutable range of San Francisco, CA. If you are passionate about the D&I space, have proven coordination experience, and are comfortable providing support to a team – this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the business customer and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Qualifications:
- 5+ years related experience in project management
- Experience defining project scope and objectives, working across teams, and projecting schedules/budgets
- Ability to self manage to success without daily oversight
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who is passionate about D&I work
- The ideal candidate will have PMP or PRINCE II certification, JIRA experience a plus.
