THE TEAM

The UX team works to identify, frame, define, and problem solve the form, function, and style of TFA’s User Experience. We seek to understand, map, and illustrate our users’ thought processes for how they experience their engagements with us. We then design things, systems, and processes to align what they need to experience with what we want them to experience. Our team works across the organization in established and new workstreams and in multiple capacities from advising to designing to build. The team is currently comprised of 4 designers one of them being the lead and will expand to a 7 person team by mid 2022. Although each User Experience professional works independently managing their workstream, or within their own discipline (UXR/UXD/UXV), we are a closely knit team and seek opportunities for collaboration, support, growth and development with each other.

THE PERKS

By joining staff, you join a network of individuals committed to pursuing equity for all students and developing themselves as professionals in the process. We as an organization value the longevity of our employees and offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits plan. The salary for this position is also competitive and depends on your prior work experience. Please be advised, you will have an opportunity to discuss salary in more detail after you begin the application process.
