The International Institute for Restorative Practices is a thriving graduate school valued for our work building relationships and community. But we need a member on our leadership team who can help us build an IT unit to keep pace with our ambition.
Our innovative content and online delivery have allowed us to thrive during the pandemic and we are now positioned to bring more expertise onto staff. We seek a Director of Technology who enjoys both people and process as we expand our global influence -it’s not just that we do the work, it’s how we do it that creates camaraderie and pride. The Director of Technology will be responsible for integrating our technological infrastructure across all business functions which include delivery of services, tracking graduate enrollment, and supporting faculty, staff and learner needs. Key to success is collaboration with different constituencies to strategize, plan, and integrate technical solutions. The ideal candidate will employ their experience and know-how when we over-think complex problems and will value both teaching and learning so we can all appreciate each other’s efforts.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
- 5 years of direct experience managing systems administration, SaaS, or CRM
- Proven track record sunsetting legacy systems and successful project management
- Commitment to establishing trust and managing staff, vendors, and contractors
