The ideal candidate is a “full stack” Product Director who has a wide range of technical aptitude, has the discipline to clearly define requirements, communicates effectively with both engineers and stakeholders, and takes a client-centric approach that allows us to provide best-in-class services to customers. Position Title & Overview
As Product Director on our Grow Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of features used by our publishers to help increase user engagement, and build solutions that will help advertisers adjust to the end of third-party cookies.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to a client-centric approach that takes into account our customers’ wide variety of interests and technical skill levels. They should be interested in working with our UX team to develop workflows that drive user engagement and be able to work with our analytics team to develop a cross-feature testing agenda. This role will also be expected to keep up with industry developments, attend various industry committee meetings and events as necessary, and incorporate learnings into the product strategy.
This is a very collaborative role that requires excellent communication skills. In addition to managing Product Managers, you’ll be working with a team of Engineers, QA, UX, Support, Business Analysts, and leadership on a daily basis.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for Grow with the ability to prioritize and execute against that roadmap to deliver business impact
- Work with stakeholders to develop, track, and meet goals for product KPIs
- Support the Product team in translating the product roadmap into clear requirement documents and feature specs
- Oversee Product team work with engineers to estimate feature delivery timelines, define milestones, and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor changes to the digital advertising landscape and adjust roadmap accordingly
- Remain current on technological trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- Organize and monitor customer feedback loop to identify potential opportunities for improvement; distill user feedback into tangible steps for development.
- Develop and implement successful go-to-market strategiesDetermine research strategy to ensure product decisions are data-driven and meet user needs
Requirements
Location:
- Applicants must be based in the United States.
You Have:
- 3-4 years managing Product teams, ideally virtually
- A track record of developing junior staff
- 6-8 years of relevant and progressive work in Product Management, ideally in AdTech or digital publishing or building SaaS tools
- Experience leading a product to market (mobile and/or web)
- Ability to cross collaborate with other teams
- Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment
Nice to haves:
- Experience developing sites in WordPress, especially as or for a small publisher/blogger
- Experience working as a Support Engineer or in AdOps
- Participation working in industry committees (e.g. Prebid, IAB, W3C, PRAM)
