Responsible for IT strategic partnering and relationship management towards the Sales and Commercial Operations leaders in the organization. Also responsible for managing all projects in those areas, coordinating efforts with CONA and communicating to the business accordingly.

 

The IT Business Partner (ITBP) Operations is the primary focal point for IT at the commercial leader levels of the organization. In doing so, he/she provides direct support to the VP of IT across topics such as IT/Business strategy and capability road mapping and crafting outcomes to support business needs. He/she is also primarily responsible for providing oversight to the portfolio of projects in his/her area ensuring that the business is appropriately represented in the planning and requirements definition efforts, that execution progress is on track and clearly communicated to the business and that they are prepared for assisting in testing and deployment of new capabilities.

 

Responsibilities Include:

Stakeholder management and communication with (key) business stakeholders on all IT matters
Building collaborative relationships with our partners in CONA and the other Bottlers utilizing CONA solutions to ensure we are utilizing the right solutions to meet business strategies and priorities while also minimizing, to the extent possible, our investment in CONA.
Understanding designs and solutions being proposed by CONA and ensure that we are validating the requirements and choosing solutions that are in the best interest of the bottlers.
Translating strategic business priorities and objectives into IT priorities
Management of the business IT portfolio (PMO) projects and changes (roadmaps, budgets and prioritization) for those efforts in the operations and supply chain area
Ensuring that projects and changes are appropriately resourced by CONA, Business Process Leads and any other resources needed for successful execution. Escalating and communicating any issues or concerns to the appropriate business and IT leadership when necessary.
Assisting the business users in defining and refining business requirements, business processes and development of user stories as needed.
Managing all change requests for ACCB, prioritizing them, ensuring a complete business case is submitted supporting the request and communicating the change to the CONA team. also ensuring that all CRs initiated by other bottlers are reviewed, business value determined and prioritized in the CONA tool (HP ALM).
Being accountable for measuring and tracking the business value created
Identifying and executing on opportunities to create value
Managing and providing leadership to the business process leads to ensure that they are aligned well with other bottlers and with CONA to prepare for changes and capabilities within their areas of expertise.
Foster an engaged work environment within the department, encouraging accountability, open communication, teamwork, and a commitment to serving the customer.
Leading and managing all business and/or department activities related to ensuring the customer experience is positive and that all team members are committed to creating solutions and long-term relationships with customers.
Conducting self in the presence of customers and community to present a professional image of Abarta, Inc. and ABARTA Coca Cola Beverages, LLC.
Managing the evaluation, allocation, and management of physical and financial resources and administer the hiring, development/training, management, evaluation, and effective assignment of people resources.
Following all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
Proactively seeking and participating in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
Performing all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a computer or technology related major or other related experience.
15 years of experience in a related field
Strong track record of evaluating, analyzing, designing, implementing, leading and monitoring effective and efficient IT processes.
Demonstrated hands-on-leadership of contemporary enterprise technology architectures and best practices.
Results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability with the ability to delegate, supervise and perform hands on tasks as dictated by the situation.
Strong relationship building skills with a history of significant interaction with all levels of employees and management.
Excellent verbal, written presentation and informal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex technical concepts and facts using non-technical language.
