Hammer Residences is seeking high-quality direct care staff with full-time or part-time availability for group homes and apartment style programs located in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is the heartbeat of our organization. As a DSP, you will directly support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing meals and household tasks
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing and toileting
Qualifications:
- Must be minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a good driving record
- Successful background check with the Department of Human Services
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Technical skills – must comfortable and proficient in using computers and/or smart technology
- A willingness to do personal cares for individuals

Wage: $15/hr
