Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on our product and be able to passionately explain how Terminus can make an impact for our customers’ businesses
- Develop a thorough understanding of launching mobile, email, video, and display campaigns
- Actively manage and optimize a high-volume of campaigns and ensure all performance metrics are meeting KPI goals
- Perform frequent campaign optimizations with a thorough understanding of Cookie and IP targeting, as well as an in-depth understanding of 1st and 3rd party data to ensure the quality and accuracy of campaign data
- Pinpoint trends in the data from our DSP and analytics suites/BI Tools and turn them into actionable insights
- Time management/Organizational Skills, prioritization, and a strong collaboration with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful campaign performanceUse your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to solve customer escalations, including root cause understanding
- Resolve any and all customer issues in a professional and timely manner in accordance with department KPIs including response times and customer satisfaction
- Proactively advocate for and demonstrate initiative in coming up with creative and practical solutions to customer-facing issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, advertising, or business degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a programmatic/media planning role with experience in mobile, video, and display ads
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in DSPs (preferably The Trade Desk) and familiarity with viewability measurement tools (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify). LinkedIn Sponsored content knowledge is a plus
- Experience with ad serving solutions and tag management is a plus
- Demonstrated and proven ability to serve as a programmatic expert and make strategic recommendations to mid-market and/or enterprise clients
- General understanding of ABM methodology and the ability to apply basic ABM principles to a clients’ ad campaign strategy is desired but, not required
