Terminus is looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our growing team. As a Digital Media Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for key clients executing on full-funnel account-based marketing activities. You will be responsible for optimizing multi-channel campaigns, increasing brand impact, and driving high quality web traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline for our customers.
Delivering on that promise to our customers requires you to have a strong background in programmatic advertising, paid media buys, and inventory placements. As a member of the Digital Media Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategy, analyzing site performance, and applying statistics-based market intelligence to formulate recommendations on optimizing engagement metrics to help drive optimal advertising outcomes. We are also seeking individuals with advanced knowledge in negotiating exclusive media contracts and publisher deals. Responsibilities:

    • Become an expert on our product and be able to passionately explain how Terminus can make an impact for our customers’ businesses
    • Develop a thorough understanding of launching mobile, email, video, and display campaigns
    • Actively manage and optimize a high-volume of campaigns and ensure all performance metrics are meeting KPI goals
    • Perform frequent campaign optimizations with a thorough understanding of Cookie and IP targeting, as well as an in-depth understanding of 1st and 3rd party data to ensure the quality and accuracy of campaign data
    • Pinpoint trends in the data from our DSP and analytics suites/BI Tools and turn them into actionable insights
    • Time management/Organizational Skills, prioritization, and a strong collaboration with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful campaign performanceUse your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to solve customer escalations, including root cause understanding
    • Resolve any and all customer issues in a professional and timely manner in accordance with department KPIs including response times and customer satisfaction
    • Proactively advocate for and demonstrate initiative in coming up with creative and practical solutions to customer-facing issues

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, advertising, or business degree preferred
    • 3+ years of experience in a programmatic/media planning role with experience in mobile, video, and display ads
    • 1+ year of hands-on experience in DSPs (preferably The Trade Desk) and familiarity with viewability measurement tools (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify). LinkedIn Sponsored content knowledge is a plus
    • Experience with ad serving solutions and tag management is a plus
    • Demonstrated and proven ability to serve as a programmatic expert and make strategic recommendations to mid-market and/or enterprise clients
    • General understanding of ABM methodology and the ability to apply basic ABM principles to a clients’ ad campaign strategy is desired but, not required
