We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Digital Learning Specialist to join our Leadership and Learning Development team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Helping us transform our employee learning experience, and drive a learning culture through supporting the implementation of a new learning experience platform (LXP).
- Collaborating with the Digital Learning Lead to design the framework we need to integrate this with existing systems to curate internal and vendor learning content for skills frameworks and learner journeys.
- Using your knowledge of an LXP to re-imagine and re-launch enterprise learning programs that build strategic business capabilities for employees across BNY Mellon.
- Guiding a team of professionals who create learning content across the enterprise to fully utilize the LXP capabilities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience of using a learning experience platform e.g., Degreed, in a global organization, and working with third party vendors.
- Track record of disciplined project management and delivering against strategic goals on time, with an understanding of when to apply an agile approach.
- Understanding of the theories and models that underpin effective adult learning, and experience of applying this when designing learning strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to consult with senior stakeholders, vendors, and present in-person and virtually when required.
- Bachelor s degree in organization development, psychology, financial services, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
