We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Digital Learning Lead to join our Leadership and Learning Development team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Helping us transform our employee learning experience, and drive a learning culture in the organization through playing a part in leading the implementation of a new learning experience platform (LXP).
- Design the framework we need to integrate this with existing systems to curate internal and vendor learning content for skills frameworks and learner journeys, making them relevant by connecting work goals and skills to BNY Mellon strategic priorities.
- Leading on the integration and management of third-party content vendors; continuously assessing and reporting on quality of service, delivery, and return on investment.
- Inspiring leaders and employees with a vision that super-charges this journey and ensures the new system implementation is a success.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience of implementing a learning experience platform e.g., Degreed, in a global organization, with a proven track record of establishing impactful career paths, skills frameworks, and learner journeys using an LXP; with the vision needed to understand how to build a self-sustaining, ‘always on’, learning eco-system at scale by linking role competencies, assessments, and skills gap identification to automatic learning recommendations.
- Track record of disciplined project management experience to meet strategic priorities on time, with the ability to apply an agile approach when needed.
- Understanding of the theories and models that underpin effective adult learning, and experience of applying this when designing learning strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to consult with senior stakeholders, vendors, and present in-person and virtually when required.
- Bachelor s degree in organization development, psychology, financial services, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
