We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team!
You will have solid knowledge of both infrastructure and software engineering. You will streamline our infrastructure deployment and software development lifecycle, design, and integrations for our software products while contributing to our core software platforms.
How You’ll Contribute
- Build new development tools and deploy infrastructure as code.
- Develop automation to improve software development, release, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Interface between development, QA, and operations teams throughout the application lifecycle.
- Contribute code to both internal and customer-facing software products.
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure for improved scalability, security, and cost.
- Collaborate across teams on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering or software engineering.
- Experience developing and managing software and infrastructure in the cloud (AWS/GCP).
- Solid understanding of software engineering and design concepts.
- Experience with configuration management and orchestration tools, e.g. Ansible, CloudFormation
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, C#, Javascript.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time in Newark, California.
