Are you passionate about relationship building, storytelling, meeting targets and changing lives? Would you like to use your contacts and knowledge of corporate responsibility, employee fundraising and sponsorship to drive Create’s corporate fundraising strategy?

The new post of Development Manager (Corporate) is a key position within Create, which has seen its fundraising increase significantly in recent years, as the charity fulfils its ambitious plans to double its reach by its 25th anniversary in 2028. You will work strategically to generate income from the corporate sector to target, identify and cultivate new relationships, and strengthen and build upon existing ones. These currently include: Aesop, Anthropologie, Ashurst, BNP Paribas, British Land, First Sentier Investors, Reed Smith, Uncommon and Yellow Cat.

You will have outstanding negotiation and people skills, a passion and flair for great narrative, an exceptional command of the written word, and an unstoppable drive to make a difference.

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 pa pro rata. (Please note: this role is being offered at full-time, but Create welcomes requests for reduced or part-time hours to a minimum of 0.8 FTE.)
