Desktop Software Deployment Coordinator
Description:
This role will be responsible for providing a single interface for Firmwide desktop/mobile deployments.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating Technology Deployments using SCCM (e.g. windows software, security products, 3rd party applications etc.)
• Manage all stages of the project life cycle: planning, testing, implementation, and closure
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
• Post-deployment follow-ups such as metrics reporting, tracking and troubleshooting
• Prepare project documentation and procedures
• Follow global standards and procedures & attend global meetings
• Project coordination/ management experience specifically on IT Infrastructure
• Devise processes and workflows to streamline project deployment
• Provide firm-wide desktop operational services

Technical Skills Required:
• Windows OS (Win10), Virtual desktop, Desktop Apps, Mobile Devices
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Proficient in MS Visio
• Knowledge on ITIL
• Jive
• Jira
• SharePoint
• ServiceNow
• SCCM
Additional Skills Desired:
• Experience in Financial Services industry
• Experience with Sales and Trading environment
• Excel Macros & scripting
• Agile Concepts (Scrum, Kanban)
