Job description
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and innovative individual to join the Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruitment Marketing Manager.
As the Recruitment Marketing Manager you will incorporate the use of media tools both for internal and external use, enhance and develop targeted branding, map and monitor the labour market, engage with stakeholders and build an effective network of contacts.
You will be instrumental in increasing the online presence and making the most of different media channels and platforms, whilst working to identify strategies to attract niche skilled candidates. From studying the quarterly forthcoming demands across the 9 DE&S functions and the SDA, you will be key in devising a media plan to identify key areas of candidate attraction, whilst targeting specific skill sets in order to meet the demand of the recruitment pipeline with the correct quality and quantity of candidates against cost.
This opportunity allows you to engage across the organisation, building relationships with the Diversity and Inclusion Team and Senior Leadership Group as well as other key stakeholders, in order to understand future requirements.
You shall be innovative and analytical in your approach with the aptitude to identify previous successes so to deliver continuous improvement with the aim of DE&S/SDA becoming the employer of choice. Crucially you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong rapport and a trusted network of contacts at all levels of seniority.
Ideally you will demonstrate sound commercial understanding and that of complex recruitment cycles and high volume recruitment, either from an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or in-house background.
Responsibilities
As the Recruitment Marketing Manager responsibilities shall include:
• Studying the return on investment alongside the quality and quantity of candidate attraction initiatives and being able to justify costs where necessary, tracking budgetary spend.
• Monitoring and analysing the applicant tracking system from engagement through to hire and on-boarding.
• Developing and championing new initiatives, thinking outside the box, whilst calculating risk and identifying trends in the labour market data. This may include running pilot schemes in order to test the potential benefits and learning from these experiences to deliver successful outcomes.
What you will be assessed against
To be found successful you must demonstrate the following essential criteria:
• Demonstrable background in Talent Acquisition.
• Evident understanding of the digital space, such as social media, and advertising platforms for specific skillsets and requirements.
• Evidence of targeted recruitment attraction campaigns.
• Previous employer brand delivery knowledge.
• The ability to identify and assess analytics in regards to recruitment campaigns including tracking spend, identifying trends and measuring effectiveness.
