£24,650 – £29,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Job description
Provide appropriate Infrastructure advice and guidance across the business and engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to relay key messages and plan events.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Produce business team briefing packs and communications e.g. newsletters and executive support activities
• Plan Infrastructure events, liaising with key staff to ensure events meet key requirements
• Engage with external and internal stakeholders (e.g. site staff, contractors, external agencies) in a wide range of scenarios
• Support Infrastructure projects ensuring estate improvements and changes are effectively implemented
• Support the day-to-day maintenance requests and issues, proactively managing any problems and escalating where appropriate
• Develop business case drafts and other required documents
• Assist in the recording of Infrastructure assets. Assist in the production of policies for site administrative and operating procedures
• Potential to supervise staff within the function, providing coaching and development dialogue where needed.

• The role holder will possess sufficient knowledge/ experience within Infrastructure to represent the team across the business.
