We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Derivatives Service Delivery team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working on a hybrid basis. (3 days a week in the office).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Leading ETD and OTC projects for new and existing Middle Office / Custody and Accounting clients.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of the team, products and objectives.
  • Managing day-to-day project activities, such as tracking action items, issues, and risk, facilitating project team meetings (with various groups) and preparing/delivering status reports.
  • Working with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute deliverables. Communicating clearly with internal management and key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to assess issues and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Managing project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports and maintaining relationships.
  • Providing input into the strategy around new technology solutions or improvements for new and existing business needs. Monitoring and reviewing feedback to ensure new solutions are meeting business needs.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in project management / Business Analysis or related field is required.
  • Experience in brokerage/banking operations/ reconciliation processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project planning, execution, and control to ensure initiatives are completed on time.
  • Problem-solving – Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and issues that may arise during implementation, keeping projects on track.
  • Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams.
