Full-Time Debt Finance Lawyer
Job Description
Our client a leading global bank is looking for a Debt Finance Lawyer (Structured Finance) to join them for 4 months’ duration to provide support for the team.
You will be involved in early stage documentation (such as term sheets) through to the negotiation of key finance documents (such as facility agreements).
Professional Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer
- Knowledge of LMA loan documentation and the syndicated loans market more generally.
- Ability and the confidence to lead the documentation process for LMA facilities from both a commercial and legal perspective.
