We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal Product Management to join our Asset Account Services business within Treasury Services. This role is located in Wilmington, DE – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead a debit card fraud strategy team.
  • Using data and analytics to create and adjust fraud mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and adjust as necessary.
  • Conduct monthly portfolio performance meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred
  • 10-12 years of total work experience preferred
  • Sets the strategic direction of the fraud prevention and analytics team.
  • Manages team of fraud prevention professionals that support the development and oversight of fraud strategies using data and analytics.
  • Ensures that the team stays on top of the competitive landscape and trends in the industry
  • Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
