Full-Time Data Management Entry Representative (Entry-Level)
Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Maintain accuracy of new and current provider information in Provider Tool Data Base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Network Development personnel to ensure accurate updated information is entered and maintained in the Provider Tool Data Base.
- Contact providers to verify and/or obtain detailed provider data and credentials.
- Maintenance and entry of monthly provider roster updates.
- Entry and maintenance of provider information in the Provider Tool Data Base, including but not limited to demographics, credentials, and network contract rates.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent telephone communication skills
