We’re currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team and help keep our systems organized and running smoothly.
Job Overview:
As a Data Entry Clerk at Mellow Motors, your main role will be to enter and update vehicle service records, customer information, inventory logs, and vendor data into our internal systems. This is a crucial support role that keeps our service team efficient and our customers happy.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update service data, parts inventory, and customer records
Maintain accuracy in all data entries with minimal supervision
Review work for errors and correct data as needed
Keep digital files organized and accessible
Communicate with service team to confirm parts or job details
Perform other administrative tasks as needed (filing, basic reports)
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry or admin experience (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with computers and typing (40+ WPM preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Automotive industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
