We allow our investors to buy portions of properties instead of entire ones or get exposure to multiple properties via third party funds or our proprietary REITs. We source the partners or investments ourselves, diligence them ourselves and walk every property that we offer up for investment.

About Your Role:
We are looking for curious, data driven problem-solver. As a data analyst, you will research and identify ways to build our brand, acquire new clients and maximize customer lifetime value. Data Analyst responsibilities include tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior, and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience analyzing performance marketing campaigns and be comfortable working with and manipulating data sets. You are naturally inquisitive and love working with numbers and data. You are excited to chase down hypotheses, organize the data for analyses, and communicate the results and implications of the analyses. This role reports to our Chief Marketing Officer.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Measure the performance of online and offline campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations
- Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling, etc)
- Glean insights on our investors and their behavior and present findings
- Build dashboards, specialized reporting, and forward-looking models
- Understand all data sources and data elements and the full range of analyses that will rely on them as input
- Conduct hypothesis driven analyses and utilize our reporting / dashboarding tool, Tableau, to deliver actionable insights to various operating units
- Identify, troubleshoot, and collaboratively resolve data integrity issues in the data warehouse, reporting tools, or upstream in data collection
- Be proactive and exercise a high degree of authority and autonomy, manage multiple tasks, and work interactively with several teams
Who You Are:
- Strong analytical ability, and affinity with numbers
- Naturally inquisitive and excited to develop data driven insights
- Advanced level proficiency with Excel
- Experience with different database tools and working with large data sets
- Demonstrated experience in translating analysis into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation in order to prioritize tasks
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently to self-manage projects and deadlines
- Must have 4 years+ experience in a Data Analyst role, preference for a Finance company
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
