Full-Time Customer Success Associate
Job Description
The Opportunity : As a Customer Success Associate in the ACA Technology Division, you will work directly with our software clients to ensure that they are getting the most out of our software products. Your role will specifically focus on our compliance management and marketing review products on the ACA ComplianceAlpha platform. Our Customer Success Team is on the front line of making sure that our clients are engaged, happy and utilizing our products to their fullest extent.

ComplianceAlpha is used by 800 leading financial services firms worldwide to build more scalable and resilient compliance programs
What you’ll do:
- Acting as primary point of contact for software clients to ensure that their needs are met in a way that improves client satisfaction
- Implementing new software clients, including account setup and training
- Helping resolve customer service issues, answering questions and directly clients to the appropriate technical support resources
- Liaising with the development team on any technical problems or issues that clients may experience
- Gathering feedback from customers and working with our customer experience team to improve our products
- Maintaining solid relationships with clients by proactively contacting them to ensure that they are using the software to its full potential
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Minimum 3 years prior work experience in a corporate setting
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Zendesk, Totango, or Exago experience a plus
Financial Services industry experience a plus
- Compliance experience a plus
Skills and attributes for success:
- Strong verbal/written communication, data presentation skills and public speaking, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups.
- Self-starter: Proven ability to prioritize with good time management skills and manage multiple tasks and assignments with minimal supervision.
