Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is seeking a new Customer Service Representative (Processor Support Representative) to join our client’s transportation company in Auburn, CA. This role is not remote eligible. If you like to simplify challenging tasks, ask questions to uncover hidden problems, and persist until the problem is solved, then this is the career for you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients through written and verbal channels
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Research, Analyze and offer Technical Support and Solutions
- Capable of adapting and thriving in a rapidly changing environment
- Effectively manage time and multiple projects
- Excels in Data Entry with Attention to Detail & High Accuracy
- Ability to work in a collaborative/ Team-oriented environment
- Problem Solving/Critical thinking skills
- Ability to read, interpret and execute State and Federal regulations
- Comfortable with technology (web-based data storage & sites, tablets, cellular phones)
- Ability to uncover the full scope of customer’s/ prospect’s end goal
