2 X Full Time 35 Hour Per week posts (Permanent) as an average working across a 7 day week Roster
Locations :Gerry Marsden Liverpool Pier Head Terminal, Seacombe and Woodside Terminals
Salary: £21,472 – £22131 Plus Weekend Working Shift Enhancement

Role overview:
To deliver high quality Customer Services in Mersey Ferries Terminals (shoreside).
The role requires the delivery of quality customer service to maintain Mersey Ferries position as the leading tourist attraction in the region. To work as part of a team, contributing to the efficient operations of Ferry Terminals and Attractions.

Required skills and knowledge:
Experience in customer focussed operational environment
Strong customer focus, putting customers at the heart of everything we do.
Competent & proficient in all current IT systems and applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience and understanding of Health & Safety.
Excellent standard of numeracy literacy, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent standard of personal presentation.
Commitment to learning and self-development.
A commitment to the LCR and an understanding of its stakeholders
