Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Investments. This individual will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our database, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data entry, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Enter customer information into our database with a high level of accuracy
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat
– Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry
– Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
– Identify and resolve data discrepancies
– Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
– Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service role
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
– Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
– Experience working with customer databases is a plus
