The role: The Customer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for improving the Groups360 customer experience through our in-person and digital channels. The Customer Marketing Specialist will assist in the planning and execution of engaging marketing campaigns and communications, assist in the production of our customer events, help produce and manage our sales enablement content, and understand the voice of our customer.

What you will do:

  • Support the day-to-day customer marketing operations, programs and campaigns.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute customer marketing and communication initiatives in close partnership with our marketing and customer success teams.
  • Understand our audience groups, customer behavior, journey, and churn data, and incorporate into our strategy and tactics.
  • Plan and organize compelling content and messaging for each of our customer groups.
  • Acting as the voice of our customer.
  • Execute initiatives that increase product usage, referrals, testimonials, retention, loyalty, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assist with planning and deploying customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and nurture campaigns.
  • Identify key customers for case studies, speaking opportunities, testimonials, etc.
  • Take a lead role in the planning and execution of our annual customer event
  • Create customer success training
  • Deliver and manage customer-facing sales enablement tools, including sales collateral and presentations, case studies, videos, and web experiences.
  • Manage the language translation process for our customer training and sales

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 + years’ experience in customer marketing, customer success, or account management experience.
  • Creative marketing and communication skills required.
  • Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • High level of interpersonal skills required.
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms a plus.
  • Other qualifications as required.

Additional eligibility qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication and presentation skills; ability to utilize communication skills to effectively influence across functions and business units as well as across different leadership levels.
  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven and execution-oriented personality, ready to take ownership and get results.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint.
  • Other qualifications as required.

Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F, Hybrid; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements.

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid)
