Full-Time Customer Marketing Manager

Trustwell is looking for a talented customer marketer to join the Marketing team. The Customer Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team and will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving customer-centric marketing programs and a track record of delivering outstanding results.

This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The position is fully remote.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Develop customer-centric messaging and content that resonates with customers and drives engagement.
  • Build and execute revenue-driving, cross-sell / upsell campaigns to build personalized marketing outreach to reach a shared revenue goal
  • Lead the development and execution of an in-product marketing strategy
  • Launch engagement campaigns in conjunction with product releases to increase feature awareness and adoption
  • Lead efforts to secure and promote customer stories, testimonials and use cases
  • Provide marketing support for Professional Services and Customer Success
  • Manage customer research projects to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing campaign results and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and programs that support the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and make recommendations for the customer marketing program.

Skills/Experience  
Exceptionally strong writing skills, preferably in the food or supply chain space.

  • Experience in customer journey mapping and omnichannel revenue generation
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clearly articulated messaging.
  • Strong team player, results oriented, metrics driven and capable of working in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and project management expertise are required.
  • Possess a positive attitude, sense of humor and impeccable work ethic.
