Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming or making outbound calls
- Review customer accounts and convey status updates to callers
- Assist and monitor chat room questions
- Ensure all callers are responded to
- Document the resolution of each call into the CRM
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- BA degree required
- Must be able to pass a Government mandated background check
- Must have solid broadband for Wifi while working remote
- Knowledge of MSOffice
