Curriculum Specialist

Ball State University’s Academic Systems welcomes applications for a Curriculum Specialist.
This position will provide administrative and managerial leadership to key ERP systems, including Banner (Student), Degree Works, and SmartCatalog; monitor and maintain Banner and DegreeWorks processes pertaining to curriculum management; design and manage projects to ensure the highest level of curriculum data integrity; provide advice, guidance and support to colleges and departments in the area of curriculum revisions through SmartCatalog.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. At least one year of experience with curriculum and curriculum processes. Some experience working with relational databases. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution. Several years of experience using Banner and Degree Works; familiarity with academic policy and procedures. Strong communication skills; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
